It has been eight years since my oldest daughter graduated from high school.  Senior photos have changed a lot during this time and I wasn't sure what to expect.  Through social media and friends, my 2020 senior told me about Lilly Blue Photography.  After consulting, we set up a session to begin our journey.  Phyllis always made us feel 100% at ease as if we had known her for years.  She was so flexible, working out times and details.  Bethany had her hair and makeup done before the photo session, which by the way turned out amazing!  Lilly Blue Photography had just completed building an onsite studio where my daughter was able to comfortably change into a variety of outfits. The photo session went smoothly and we could't wait to see the final product.  At our follow up appointment, I was blown away with an amazing photo presentation.  This brought tears to my eyes as I liked at all the beautiful pictures of my daughter.  Phyllis had an uncanny ability to capture her personality the timeless and whimsical photos.  She is flexible and has a creative ability to highlight those special moments.  I plan to use her for family photos in the future.  She was amazing to work with and I highly recommend her.     Lillian Brinson, Mom to Bethany

Michaela - 2020 Senior Model

Phyllis has been a joy to work with over the last eight months. I personally haven't had a child before this one to be a senior model. So, of course, we really didn't know what to expect. I will say she has far exceeded anything we could have imagined. We have so many pictures, its going to be had to choose. I love that we can print our own as well as order from her. When I started the planning on where to go for John's senior pictures, I wanted to find someone who not only took good pictures, but someone who understood the importance that senior pictures are to a mother. Kaycee

Kaycee and I would just like to say "Thank you!" for the OUTSTANDING photo shoot you did for her, for her Senior Session. The weather turned extremely cold at 35 degrees outside and we came with fall/winter outfits along with sprint outfits (more than 1) and you had no problem making her spring outfits look like we actually took them in 75 degree weather, amazing!! My hat is off to you!! Kaycee had the best time, and her picture show how much fun she had, although she was freezing, but you would have never know that, just by review the pictures they were amazing! You were so helpful in every outfit, from hair to shoes, and when we got to the sports pictures and realized we forgot basketball shoes, you had no worries and did you u do best, amazing pictures! We actually used the sports photos at her senior night and received compliments galore, no one the wiser that we didn't have shoes. LOL! Narrowing down the photos was the hardest part, we wanted them all. (That never happens!!) Thank you again, this was the best experience and photo shoot ever. Jamie

Hi Phyllis!   I can’t thank you enough for all the time you spent with Jamie.  You went above and beyond our expectations for all the effort you put towards her senior pictures. Your consultation was so helpful in guiding us towards what clothes and jewelry to bring. During the shoot, you helped with clothing and jewelry choices even adding some of your own when that worked best. I loved that you  allowed us to do the shoot over two days giving us a range of different looks.  I didn’t expect it to be so much fun but we both had such a blast.   The pictures were amazing, as we narrowed them down to our top 42 shots, I still don’t think I can pick just one as a favorite.   I also appreciated Shelly Evans, who did hair and make-up, doing such a good job and coming with us to different locations for hair and make-up changes.  Jamie and I have had so many compliments on all of her photos.  I can’t wait to see what you will do with my son in a few years.   Thanks again for everything,  Shelly Ross

Decisions, decisions, picking a senior picture photographer can be stressful, but not for me! Knowing how incredibly talented Phyllis is, when the time came to decide who I wanted to take my senior pictures there was no hesitation. The day of the photo shoot went absolutely perfect.
