Newborn Safety
Newborn safety is a top priority! Not all babies go into some of the more difficult poses, i.e., frog pose, or resting on their arms type of posing. All of this will be considered when posing baby.
Best Age For Newborns
It is recommended that newborn images be done between 7 to 10 days of age, while they are still quite sleepy, and not as startled by voices or noises. It also allows the baby to be wrapped up nice and tight for comfort during their session.
Types of Newborn Sessions
There are three types of newborn sessions.
The first one is the Swaddle Session and is baby only. This is approximately 1 hour and typically 2 to 3 different sets that I provide. You will receive 7 digital files with a print release.
The second type of session is the Full Session. This session can take up to 2 hours and includes baby and parents (or any sibling) if you want. There are multiple sets both swaddling and outfit changes, all of which I provide. You will receive 12 digital files with a print release.
The third session is the Ultimate Session. This session can take up to 2 hours and includes baby and parents (or any sibling) if you want. There are multiple sets both swaddling and outfit changes, all of which I provide. You will receive 20 digital files with a print release.
All sessions include a consultation to discuss colors and style options.
